Working closely with Landfill Alternatives we have undertaken a thorough analysis of all our operations and the first steps to becoming a NIL 2 LANDFILL site are now in place.
As the leading suppliers of Clear Plastic Packaging we see this as an absolute minimum requirement, and will be part of our strategy to achieve the Environmental Standard ISO14001.
The key points of this strategy are:
- Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
- Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.
- Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution.
- Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company. Including the latest Pre-treatment regulations.
