Our parent company Stäger&Co AG has maintained its promise to help develop new business in the UK, bysupplying a second line for manufacturing transparent PET cylindrical tubes and drums. Delivered on 6 Aug, our process and engineering teams are making ready for production to start within the next few days against significant orders placed by new customers.
The machine was designed and built by the in-house team based at Group HQ in Muri, Switzerland, and comes with a range of diameters from 65mm to 160mm.
Featuring welded side seams and bases, it has the capability to produce beaded ends and also apply tinplate bases or aluminium ring pull tops. A range of closures are available including injection moulded plugs, thermoformed clear slip lids and also metal.
All our tubes can be supplied plain or decorated by litho printing, screen printing and also hot foil blocking.
