Print & Packaging

Packaging Screen Printing

Each packaging project is individual and we have worked with all types of styles, materials and designs and can help guide you through the options to ensure you get the best possible result.

We can provide a variety of printing options:

  • Screen Printing
  • Litho Printing
  • Foil Blocking

Each have their benefits dependent on the type of packaging you want to create, and our team at Staeger are more than happy to consult and advise you on which is best for you. Please contact us on 02476 581197.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing is a flexible, fast printing technique which is ideal for large areas of bold colour, multi colour line work and even special effect varnishes, such as flitter and hi-lift spot varnishes.

Litho Printing

Litho (or Offset) printing is more suited to highly detailed or photographic imagery, multiple colours plus a coating can be applied in one pass. Coating can be either matt, satin or gloss dependant upon preference. We can also work with low odour and low migration inks suited to food packaging

Foil Blocking

If you are looking for a mirror effect or a highly metallic finish, foil blocking is the method for you. Foiling provides a uniquely vibrant image with depth that cannot be achieved with inks. Foils are now available in a vast array of colours and finishes including holographic and pearlescent.

Once we’ve designed your packaging, ensuring it meets your quality controls is an essential part of our service. Technically, we are able to deliver all types of packaging and our strong commitment to quality means that nothing other than packaging of the highest possible quality leaves our factory.
